What can I expect from the event?
Inspired by one of the most successful television series of all time, The FRIENDS™ Experience arrives in Mexico City. Fans of the show will be able to see exact replicas of the sets, original props from the series, Instagram-worthy photo opportunities, and step inside the iconic Central Perk. You won't want to miss it!
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at Casino del Bosque, located at 500 Lomas Altas, Miguel Hidalgo, 11100 Mexico City. The entrance will be clearly signposted inside the venue.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place indoors in an air-conditioned space.
How long does the experience last?
On average, visitors spend approximately 1 hour exploring the experience.
Will food and beverages be available for purchase?
Yes, there will be a themed area within the experience where food and beverages inspired by the universe of the series will be available for purchase.
Is parking available?
Yes, the venue offers parking for an additional fee. We recommend arriving early.
Will more dates be available?
We cannot guarantee additional dates. Please check the official event page for updated availability.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code; casual attire is perfectly suitable.
About Tickets
Can I buy tickets at the door?
There will be a box office on-site; however, tickets may sell out before your arrival. We recommend purchasing in advance to secure your spot. Tickets are available on the Fever app (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or on the Official Web Site.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, tickets can be transferred for free through the Fever app by selecting "Transfer tickets." Please contact us if you need additional assistance and make sure to include your order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, printing is not required. You can show your ticket directly from the Fever app or from your confirmation email with the QR code. Make sure to log in using the same account used for the purchase.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can access your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app or in your confirmation email. If you still cannot find it, please contact support.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds available?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. To request a change, please contact us and include your ticket ID. You can also check if this option is available in the Fever app under the "Tickets" section, where the "Change date and/or time" button will appear if enabled. Refunds are not allowed except when required by applicable Mexican Consumer Law. For more information, please review our Terms & Conditions.
Can I make a group reservation?
Yes, for large groups please contact groups@feverup.com indicating the date and number of people.
Access to the Event
Should I arrive at the exact time of my session?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early. In case of delay, entry will depend on availability.
Are animals allowed? Are assistance dogs permitted?
Pets are not allowed, but assistance animals are permitted.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue.
What items are prohibited?
Weapons, smoking, vaping, drugs, and outside food or beverages are not allowed.
Is it accessible for people with visual or hearing impairments?
Yes, the experience is suitable for visitors with visual or hearing impairments.
Are there seats available?
No, this is a walkthrough experience and seating areas are not available.
Are restrooms available?
Yes, restrooms are available at the venue. Staff will be able to guide you.
Can I take photos or record videos?
Yes, photography is allowed. Please be mindful of other visitors. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a lost and found?
We recommend asking venue staff directly in case of lost items.
Is there a cloakroom?
No, cloakroom service is not available.
Is there an age restriction?
All ages are welcome. Children under 3 years old do not require a ticket.
Will there be an audio guide?
No, this experience does not include an audio guide.
